In a town like Steamboat Springs, the good life is built into the day: early mornings, familiar faces, powder days, time outside, and the places you return to again and again.
Whether you have lived here for decades or are spending a few days in town, we want The Egg to feel like one of those places. A place where you are glad to walk through the door, and where we are genuinely glad to see you.
That idea has guided us from the beginning. We believe good food should be consistent, fairly priced, and served with genuine hospitality. We believe people should be treated right. And we believe the guests who choose to spend part of their day with us should never be taken for granted.
In fact, we like to think our guests are the best part of our day.
Names, faces, menus, and seasons change, but that idea does not.
